Many people have other windows open besides the game like skype or the website and when they're playing, they cannot access these windows. Here's how you can.
1) When you open the game it will give you an option of what rendering system you wish to use. Click where it says "Full Screen: Yes"(mine says no yours will say yes) then at the bottom where it says "Click On An Option" and click the drop down box arrow and hit "No". Then you may start the game.
Now you may click the expand button on the game's window and your tabs will show up at the bottom of your screen, but Uh-Oh...your mouse stays locked nside the game window so you can't click those tabs.
2) Once you're in-game you will click esc then click "Interface". Then click "Use Windows Cursor" and turn it "On". You must then restart your game and there ya go! You may now have the game fullscreen as well as be able to open different windows.
