Application form RULES.
What not to do if your application is denied.
Withhold the negative emotions if you have been rejected. If you feel like you deserved the position, you probably are angry, confused, and have a short fuse. But keep it under wraps until you know the entire situation. After all, you may not know the whole story; maybe someone was better qualified than you, or maybe the staff envisions you in a different role down the road. No matter what you're feeling, try to be professional and neutral in your reaction. Flying off the handle and threatening people won't get you anywhere - It will only end up with people losing trust in you.
If your application is denied do NOT threaten or publicly rant about member of staff. This will be un acceptable and will only get you into trouble - Possibly a ban.
Speak nothing but the truth!
In the application you will be asked important questions that is indeed intended that you tell the truth! What happens if you don't tell the truth you ask? Well let me explain.
We WILL find out if you're lying or not because we will ask for evidence after reading your application form. And hey! Don't bother grabbing fake evidence online either, because guess what! We'll find out! Lying about whether or not you can do things is just un acceptable! Lying about how active you are will also affect your chances of being part of the team, we look for active people because we need and are active staff.Lying is a good thing, you should totally do it! Ha ha ha no.
Summary: LYING GETS YOU NO WHERE.
If your application is accepted, you will receive the position of Mod in Training and a guide in what you must do in your training. This will include the Do's and Do not's followed with what you would need to show to earn the position you required in your application. Not everyone who has been selected as Mod in Training will pass. If you don't pass then return to the first paragraph in this section to find out why.
Thank you for reading.
